Classic Cut – $150.00 (No Halves)

          Formerly known as the “standard cut”. You get to choose package sizing. Cuts included are chops, steaks, roasts, whole cut breast plate, whole bone-in leg roast, ground lamb/sheep/goat, kidney, shanks, and neck bones. No special requests.

Gourmet Cut – $185.00 (No Halves)

          The “have it your way” option. You choose package sizing and any special requests. Options include but are not limited to chops, rack of lamb/sheep/goat, bone-in stew meat, boneless leg roasts, etc.

Bone-Out – $175.00 (No Halves)

          All ground lamb/sheep/goat or bone-in stew meat. Optional to save kidney, neck bones, or shanks. You choose the package sizing.
